DELHI: AAP MP and former DCW chairperson Swati Maliwal rejected claims that she was attacked on May 13 by CM Kejriwal's assistant Bibhav Kumar after she declined to resign from her Rajya Sabha seat in order to assist the party leadership in electing someone who has provided significant assistance to Kejriwal, but she ruled out her resignation.
