It is believed that the Police Control Room (PCR) received a call at around 3.35 am on 7-6-2024 in which people informed about a massive fire. According to the information, some people were found inside the industrial factory at the place of incident. There was no initial information about people being trapped. Immediately after gathering the complete details of the incident, Delhi Fire Services rushed to the spot with 16 fire tenders and immediately tried to reach the spot.
After reaching the spot at Narela Industrial Area, responders from the police station reached the spot and extinguished the incident. But they found that the factory was completely destroyed Was engulfed in flames.The factory was completely engulfed in fire. A huge crowd of people had gathered near the incident site. Many people were protecting themselves by running away from the fire at the incident site.

Due to the efforts of the Superintendent of Police, nine people were completely saved from the fire and they were immediately taken to SHRC Hospital near Narela by the Superintendent of Police, but due to excessive time on reaching there, three people were declared dead by the doctors of the hospital. According to information received, six other injured people were immediately referred to Safdarjung Hospital by the Superintendent of Police. The names of those injured were given by the officials as Pushpendra ji whose age was (26), Akash ji whose age was (19), Mohit ji whose age was (21), Monu ji whose age was (25) and Lalu ji whose age was (32). According to the information of the Superintendent of Police, Ravi Kumar, who was about 19 years old, suffered minor injuries through a brickit is on the head.
