On Tuesday, television personality Hina Khan, who is battling Stage Three breast cancer, posted a photo from Mumbai’s Kokilaben Hospital on her Instagram story with the caption, “Just another day.” Hina later revealed a note she had written that said, “I’m in continual anguish. Yes, all the time. Each and every moment. Is the individual grinning? Still hurting. Does the person fail to bring it up? Still hurting. Although in discomfort, the person says, “I’m fine.” She also shared a note that medical workers had written to her, captioning it, “Love and more love.” This sustains me. from the department of housekeeping.”
“Dear Hina Khan, I know this surgery has been hard for you but I am so glad you are on the way to making full recovery,” was the message written on the note she received from the hospital personnel. I’m hoping you get well soon.”
