Sanjay Kumar Sain of Delhi Police Crime Branch said fugitive Mohammad Jamshed Ali Khan was caught in Uttar Pradesh.
Khan had allegedly killed a 28-year-old truck driver by throwing glass during an attempted robbery near the National Highway in Mriga Vihar on January 6, 2009, the official said.
