Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj of Delhi questioned why Bansuri Swaraj’s name was included on the list of attorneys for the ED. ED’s attorneys informed the Supreme Court that it was an error.
AAP spokesperson Saurabh Bharadwaj questioned why Bansuri Swaraj, the BJP’s Delhi candidate for the Lok Sabha election of 2024, was listed among the ED attorneys in the court document pertaining to Sanjay Singh’s bail in the excise case, just a day after Singh was granted free. According to Bar & Bench, ED lawyer advocate Zoheb Hossain stated in front of the Supreme Court on Wednesday that it was an unintentional error. Bansuri Swaraj, a candidate for the Delhi BJP and the daughter of former minister of external affairs Sushma Swaraj, did not show up for the central agency.

On Monday, AAP critic Bansuri Swaraj of the BJP questioned whether Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal wife, Sunita Kejriwal, was now “officially” in charge of the position.
The opposition INDIA group was also criticized by Delhi BJP secretary and party candidate for the New Delhi Lok Sabha seat, Swaraj, who claimed that the party’s Ramlila ground rally on Sunday was a “flop show” intended to “mislead” people about corruption issues.
Priyanka Kakkar, the chief spokesperson for the AAP, retaliated, claiming that the “overwhelming public support” for Kejriwal at the event has “utterly shaken” the BJP.
During a press conference held here, Swaraj questioned the Aam Aadmi Party about “whether Sunita Kejriwal is now officially the chief minister because she is using the Delhi chief minister’s chair to give the media messages”.
Additionally, she asserted that the majority of the chairs at the INDIA bloc’s Ramlila ground event on Sunday were empty during Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s address, suggesting that the gathering did not garner support from the general population.
According to Bansuri, the Indian grouping of constituents, which includes the Trinomial Congress, the AAP, and the Left parties, all appear to be “deceiving” the Congress by refusing to award the grand old party a single seat in the states they control.
The “resolutely united” INDIA bloc, according to AAP’s Kakkar, is standing up to the “rampant dictatorship” that has “thoroughly unsettled” the BJP.
