Delhi Air Live Update 2024:- New Delhi and Delhi remained under a blanket of smog on Thursday, although the air quality slipped into the ‘very poor’ category after remaining ‘severe’ for most of the last eight days.
According to Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) data, till 8 am the air pollution (AQI) in Delhi was recorded at 379, which is in the ‘very poor’ category. 405 in Anand Vihar, 414 in Ashok Vihar, 418 in Bawana, 401 in Dwarka Sector-8, 413 in Mundka and 436 in Wazirpur are in the ‘Severe’ category.
AQI was recorded at 338 in Force Chowk, 370 in IGI Airport (T3), 355 in ITO, 354 in Mahavir Nehru Stadium, 387 in RK Puram, 370 in Okhla Phase 2, 381 in Patparganj, 394 in Sonia Vihar and Aya Nagar. . 359, placed in the ‘very poor’ category.
