Rahul Gandhi Photographer Case 2024:- A BJP worker on Wednesday submitted before the Delhi High Court that hearing former BJP MP Subramanian Swamy’s plea on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s citizenship will give “wide publicity to the same issue in cash cities”. In the same case, the petition of Bharatiya Janata Party workers is being heard in the Allahabad High Court. Rao Gedela’s bench was hearing Swamy’s petition against Chief Justice Robertson, in which the Home Ministry in the status report of Gandhiji’s supporters in his capital.

The Home Ministry has received instructions regarding my appearance and thereafter I have come forward Pratima’s and our most trusted confidants are presented and document.

However, Prashni said there was no stipulation in the Delhi High Court and he was given two weeks’ time to file an affidavit nomination as well as apply for joining as a party in the suit. The Chief Justice, speaking as a mouthpiece, said, “The same case cannot be filed or dismissed on two counts.”
“This is not equality,” Swamy insisted. “I had written in 2019…it is a parasitic approach that when I knock the door of the High Court they come…They are asking for all kinds of criminal proceedings, I am not doing that… Don’t be a parasite and say it is the same. All I am saying is that you cannot be a citizen of two countries,” argued Swamy.
On August 6, 2019, Swamy had written a letter to the Home Ministry saying that Gandhi, British and Indian cannot have civil science. On the said petition, the Home Ministry had issued a notice to Gandhiji. However, according to Swamy, despite repeatedly informing the Home Ministry about the situation and updates, no action has been taken. Swamy then approached the Delhi High Court and sought direction to the Home Ministry to disclose the status of his princess.
